NFL FLAG NEIGHBORHOOD SPORTS SPRING 2024 STATE

NFL Flag Neighborhood Sports Spring 2024 State Championship Tournament Saturday May 25 at Denton Guyer High School.

Teams are guaranteed 3 Pool Play games with the chance to qualify for the playoff rounds of single elimination games for the championship.

Tournament format is the same as NFL Flag Regional Tournaments where your team will be matched up with 3 other teams in 4-team pools for the pool play round during the morning/early afternoon on May 25. If your team finishes in the top 2 of your pool your team will advance to the single elimination rounds during the afternoon/evening on May 25 for the chance to win the NFL Flag Neighborhood Sports State Championship.

Game format is two 12 minute halves and 1 30 second timeout per game.

For pool play we expect to pair your team with 3 other teams that play at any of our other league locations. For example, a Flower Mound team will be paired with a Keller team, Frisco team, and Forney team. Each team will play 3 pool play games with 30 minute rest breaks between games. Upon conclusion of your 3 pool play games the top 2 teams in each pool will advance to the single elimination championship rounds the same day. The top 2 teams will be identified by number of wins followed by highest point differential as the tie breaker.

The tournament is a fast paced tournament with lots of twists and turns and brings a lot of edge of your seat excitement to the game. For all of us that like competition it's a lot of fun!!!
