NFL Flag Football League Info:
Neighborhood Sports is the premier NFL Youth Flag Football League for boys and girls, ages 4-18. NFL Flag football is one of the fastest growing sport in the country. Players of all skill levels, play in a quality, non-contact league, where HAVING FUN while competing is the #1 GOAL. We are home to multiple NFL Flag Regional Champions and the 4-time National Champions in the 12-14 Girls Division (2006, 2008, 2011, and 2015) and 9-11 Boys National Runner-up (2008). More recently we have had teams that were invited to represent the Cowboys in tournaments at the Dallas Cowboys at Pro Bowl in Tampa 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021. Our Highland Village / Flower Mound league has produced a three time NS Centex State Championship, two time NFL Flag at Pro Bowl champions, two time National Flag Football National Champions, two time Hardcount National Champions, four time FFWCT National Champions, three time FFWCT World Champions. Players invited by Dallas Cowboys to announce a draft pick in 2018. Multiple players currently receiving college scholarships. (See sports page for more information on game)

NFL Flag Football Divisions:
Co-ed Pre K/Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade, 6th Grade, Junior High (7/8th Grades), High School. Register individually, with friends, or as a team.
Practice:
1 weekly practice. (60-90 minutes) (Day/time set by coach) Players contacted and begin practice 2 weeks prior to first game. (Fall -Neighborhood Sports State Tournament mid-November. Spring - Neighborhood Sports State Tournament mid-May) Tournaments: Teams play in local playoff tournament with optional city, regional and national tournaments.
Jr. NBA / Jr. WNBA Basketball League Info:
Neighborhood Sports Jr. NBA / WNBA Basketball League for Boys and Girls 1st Grade through High School
Boys Basketball Divisions: 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade, 6th Grade, Junior High (7th and 8th Grades), High School
Girls Basketball Divisions: 1/2nd Grade, 3/4th Grade, 5/6th Grade, Junior High (7th and 8th Grades), High School
Game Format: Grades 1st and 2nd Grades play full court with 8 ft. hoop and 5v5 3rd Grade with 9 ft. hoop, and 4th through High School play on 10 ft. hoop.
